Deliveries
All our items (except greeting cards) are presented in our signature ivory boxes and grey ribbon. They will be safely wrapped and delivered to you in a secure cardboard box by courier (heavy items) or 1st class Royal Mail service (lighter items).
Special orders such as custom personal stationery need on average 7 working days to be manufactured after the proof has been accepted. Standard delivery times are to be added to this time (see below).
For all other products immediately available deliveries are processed as follows:
Deliveries to the UK: within 2 days
Deliveries to European Union Countries: within 3-5 days
Deliveries to the rest of the World: 5-10 days
Some countries might apply a custom charge to our products when delivered. This is beyond our control and Tartan & Zebra Stationery can not accept any responsability for that.
