We offer our clients a collection of quality furniture, home accessories and art. These pieces are not always available for immediate delivery and need to be specially ordered. Please refer to the points below to understand our usual procedures.
Purchasing and ordering furniture and home accessories
Some of the furniture and accessories featured on our website might not be available for immediate delivery and need to be ordered. Lead times for these products will always be shown if that is the case. Sometimes these times can be longer than expected depending on the available stock in our suppliers warehouse. If you need an item which you require for a specific date we advise to check availability first with us.
When you order a furniture piece from our website you will be advised of the estimate lead time. After purchase we will always keep you updated of the status of your order.
Before ordering we kindly ask our clients to carefully check the dimensions of the space where the furniture will be placed to make sure it will fit. Access points to properties, stairs and corridors must be taken in consideration too. These details are important in order to avoid unexpected problems and having to return items to us (please carefully read our refund policy below). If unsure please contact us.
Shipping
Furniture delivery
Furniture delivery charge starts at £15 for UK and £35 International. For prices and delivery times on furniture items please refer to the individual product detail page.
Furniture is safely wrapped and delivered to you by a shipping company (heavy items) or recorded Royal Mail service (lighter items).
For home accessories and art products immediately available, delivery times and prices are as follows:
Deliveries to the UK:
Standard (3-5 days): from £1.85 depending on weight.
Preferential (2-3 days) from £3.00
Guaranteed Delivery (1-2 days) from £7.00
Deliveries to European Union Countries:
Standard (3-7 days), from £7.05 depending on weight.
Preferential (2-5 days) from £8.50
Deliveries to the rest of the World:
Standard (5-9 days), from £7.95 depending on weight.
Preferential (3-7 days) from £9.20
Some countries might apply a custom charge to our products when delivered. This is beyond our control and Tartan & Zebra can not accept any responsability for that.
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns and exchanges on furniture if notified within a period of 48 hours from the moment of delivery. Returns can be organized to reach us within a period of 14 days for goods that have not been used and are in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original sales invoice and at the client's expense.
Please note that only a 50% of the total purchase price will be refunded to you. This does not apply to exchanges for which the full amount can be used.
Home accessories and art will be fully refunded within a period of 14 days from the moment of delivery.
Gift vouchers are not refundable under any circumstance. The value of any returned products paid with vouchers will be refunded only into the same voucher.
