Shipping policy

All the products available on our website are sent by Correos, Correos Express or UPS within 3 to 5 days. (* See exceptions)

For products available immediately, the shipping services and their estimated duration are the following:

Shipping to the Peninsula: 3-5 days: €4.50, free for purchases over €55, except furniture

Shipping to the Balearic Islands: 3-5 days, €7.50, free for purchases over €75, except furniture

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days, €13.50, free of charge for purchases over €95, except furniture

International shipping

Shipping to Portugal and Andorra: 3-5 days, €5.95, free for purchases over €55, except furniture

Shipping to European Union Countries (zone 1): 3-8 days, €8.50, free for purchases over €125, except furniture

Shipping to European Union Countries (zone 2): 3-8 days, €12, free for purchases over €125, except furniture

Shipping to other destinations

For shipments to other countries outside the EU please contact for a quote.

(*) Some countries may apply customs fees to our products before they are delivered and must be paid by the customer. Tartan & Zebra will not accept any responsibility.


* Custom orders such as paintings and framed prints need a minimum of 4 to 8 business days to be produced. To this must be added the estimated duration of Standard Shipping.

Custom art prints and cards and invitations need a minimum of 3-5 business days to produce after design approval. To this must be added the estimated duration of Standard Shipping.
